The troops of Assam Rifles stepped forward to assist the society by providing daily essential items and water to displaced civilians in two relief camps. On June 19, 2023, Dawn School Relief Camp and Churachandpur Govt College Relief Camp received assistance from Assam Rifles.
Recognised as a leading force in extending support during crises, Assam Rifles swiftly responded to the needs of displaced civilians. The troops delivered water and essential items necessary for their daily needs, bringing relief to those affected.
Over 1,000 displaced individuals were beneficiaries of this timely assistance. Expressing their gratitude, the displaced civilians from the relief camps lauded the efforts of Assam Rifles.
